Our goal at Body Energy Club is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase and overall experience with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date (in-store) or delivery date (online), provided the product meets the guidelines outlined below.

In-App Purchases (Local Pickup or Delivery)

Unopened Products:
Bring the item in-store for exchange, refund (to original payment method), or a gift card.

Opened or Used Products:
Eligible for a gift card only, provided no more than 50% of the product has been used.

Earn 1 point per dollar spent. Members can earn points for all purchases made in-store, in-app or online, EXCEPTION: members don’t earn points on smoothies, bowls, cold-pressed juices & shots or discounted products.

As you earn points, you can redeem them for rewards—like free smoothies, healthy meals and more. Get deals on in-store and online rewards.

For every full Canadian dollar that you spend at a Body Energy Club retail store (using cash, credit or debit card, or gift cards), you will earn one (1) loyalty point; however, there are a number of exceptions to this:

You will not earn any loyalty points for purchases of discounted items.

You will not earn any loyalty points for purchases made on our website or through our smartphone application. (There are different loyalty programs for these purchases.)

You will not earn any loyalty points for purchases of smoothies, bowls, juices and shots. (There are different loyalty programs for these items.)

You will not earn any loyalty points for any applicable taxes, tips, or donations.
